Very unfriendly staff. The owner recommended a type of fish to us and found out after half an hour that this type was already sold out. In the end he wanted to give us a slip of paper instead of a bill and when we asked for a bill, he charged us 2 bottles of water instead of 1. Other tables also had the problem with "overcharged". Absolutely not recommended.

Due to the coronavirus, we ordered our dinner to be picked up / taken away and even got our own china on loan! The food - eight different dishes (matjes, crabs, various fish fillets) were excellent and highly recommended! We would order there again in a heartbeat!

The mood in the bar was a bit strange. The owner was either the cook or the waitress. The waitress tried hard and was also very friendly. The "boss" was a bit chaotic, messed up a lot and even if he wrote everything down, the order was a bit mixed up. We had a crab soup as a starter and then a fish leaf which was delicious. A little too few fried potatoes, they should be a little more. The music very old fashioned by Lolita and Freddy Quinn. At the end there was a schnapps on the house.

Störtebecker sounds very promising, as does Lapskaus for € 18.50. Unfortunately you will be disappointed here with a cheap Italian ambience and below average food. Shame about the money and shame about the lost evening.

The food was very good, the service a bit disturbed or not really involved, it is better to visit the toilets after eating, otherwise the appetite will die.

It used to be a hip place. The service is intrusive and the owner tries to keep the guests with loud music (hits).

We were not allowed to use the table we selected because of the distance rule and were implemented ... A short time later it became full and the table was occupied ... At our new table there was still the data entry sheet from the predecessor ... questionable ...

Food was very good but we had to wait over 40 minutes for the ice cream to come.

Lots of choice, but very bad food. Not recommendable.

A restaurant in a very nice and relatively quiet location. There was exactly one free table in front of the restaurant, which we then occupied. The result was a very unkempt man, two different pairs of socks, slippers that were much too small, the clothes were relatively unsavory. We ordered an Alster and a wheat. The wheat came within a minute, the Alster after 20 minutes. Other guests are in the meantime to ask if anyone is still there. Our Wiener Schnitzel came after 40 minutes. Thrown lovelessly on the plate with a bit of green stuff on it, which was probably cut with blunt craft scissors. A Kinderportin fries for two adults too. The food for just under 23 euros was totally overpriced. I don't even want to start with the hygiene rules regarding Corona. The cook didn't wear the Schnutenpulli at all, the guy with the different socks had his chin covered. The table was wiped down with a pick-up device that was also used previously in the toilet (at least it appeared to be).

We were there in 2018 and loved it. Today it was of poor quality and cannot be compared to then. Soup, fish and steak were not of good quality. It's a shame you save at the wrong end.

Snack, you can't call it a restaurant. You can get better quality at almost every fish stall. Long waiting time and unorganized staff. Would not recommend the restaurant that is not one.

The food was unfortunately not special and parts of the waitress walked around without a mask. The restaurant didn't seem very clean either. Unfortunately not to be recommended.

Service was nice. But had no idea about prices and dishes and looked very confused. Food was okay but not worthwhile. For two dishes that should include fried potatoes, there was a plate to be shared. We found something weird personally.

Food (fish) was delicious, even before the drinks, but we had to wait 50 minutes for the food and another 5 minutes for cutlery and drinks when we asked again. Staff was completely overwhelmed and tried to mask it with friendliness. Unfortunately no tip and only one star.

From the outside, the restaurant made an inviting impression. The food came quickly. But it was way too greasy, the fried potatoes were probably warmed up and partly burned. The background music came from the 50s and may appeal to 90 year olds.

The food was good. We had fish. It came relatively quickly, even though there was a lot going on. The waiters looked stressed but were still very friendly

For the second and now last time we visited the restaurant. At the entrance, a finger was pointed in the direction of our pre-reserved table instead of accompanying us there. Staff was inexperienced, the waitress took our order chewing candy and without nose protection. The ambience could be compared with the canteen of an allotment system. You can't go wrong with the food, it was a good fit. After the meal and two drinks we were served.

Excellent food and excellent service. All experience was just excellent.
